Our membership with The Greater Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce enables our website to be linked to the Chamber's website for viewing by all of the visitors going to the Chamber's site. This allows for tremendous exposure of your home to the thousands of visitors and buyers that come to Saratoga each year.

Our active participation and membership in Business Network International (BNI) allows us to network on a local basis with other businesses who are referring potential buyers to us on a daily basis. In addition to the local referrals BNI also gives Jeffrey E. Brown Realty national and international exposure. This exposure is through referral leads generated by BNI's presence on the world wide web and it's dedication to supporting the referral network.

It is important to keep in mind that many Realtors are listing agents only, specifically working to obtain property listings and do not actually work with buyers. We at Jeffrey E. Brown Realty work with buyers to find homes and because we are a Realtor with buyers we sell many homes throughout the year. Many of the homes that we sell are either listed by us or by other Realtors. Our goal is to sell your home in the least amount of time, while maximizing your selling price!
